قله حتى لا تكاد تجد من يتقن تقسيم الفريضة بين اثنين رأيت أن أجمع كتابا في علم الميراث تذكرة لي وللطلبة أمثالي، وإن كنت لست أهلا لهذا الميدان لقلة علمي وضعف فهمي وفتور ذهني، ولكن أرجو من الله تعالى التوفيق لما يحبه ويرضاه وسميته: "إنارة الخائض في علم الفرائض" وسأجتهد إن شاء الله تعالى في تصحيحه وتوضيحه وما ذلك على الله بعزيز، وأرجو من إخواني أن ينظروا فيه بدقة لكي ينبهوني على الخطأ إذا عثروا عليه، فإن ذلك فائدة لي أشكرهم عليها ولكن بشرط المعرفة والدراية ..
