لقد قام المؤلف حفظه الله في هذا الكتاب بسرد وذكر صور ومقتطفات من حياة زوجات النبي ﷺ في البيت النبوي مع النبي ومع بعضهن البعض وذكر تفاصل مهمة ومفيدة لبيت النبي من الداخل ، وحياته مع نسائه وبناته وغلمانه وتعامله معهن، وأورد أنفس الدروس والعبر والفوائد من ذلك ، فذكر حياة كل زوجة من زوجاته ﷺ بترتيب زواجه بهن، فبدأ بأول زوجاته السيدة خديجة بنت خويلد ثم سودة بنت زمعة....
وانتهى بآخر أزواجه صلى الله عليه وسلم وهي ميمونة بنت الحارث ، رضي الله عنهن وأرضاهن جميعاً وذكر سراري النبي وذكر بناته وحياتهن، ثم ختم ذلك بسؤالين والإجابة عليهما، الأول من هم أهل البيت؟
والثاني: لماذا أوصى النبي باتباعهم ؟
