ولا ريب أن هذا المقام جدير بالعناية، وإنما ضل من ضل وهلك من هلك بسبب إعراضه عن هذا الأصل وجهله به وعمله بخلافه، وكان المشركون قد جهلوا هذا الأمر من توحيد العبادة الذي هو الأساس الذي بعثت به الرسل وأنزلت به الكتب وخلق من أجله الثقلان ( الجن، والإنس ) وظنوا أن ما هم عليه من الشرك دين صالح وقربة يتقربون بها إلى الله مع أنه أعظم الجرائم وأكبر الذنوب، وظنوا بجهلهم وإعراضهم وتقليدهم لآبائهم ومن قبلهم من الضالين أنه دين وقربة وحق، وأنكروا على الرسل وقاتلوهم على هذا الأساس الباطل
