أشعار سيلفيا بلاث، تلك الشاعرة التي رحلت عن عالمنا على نحوٍ مأساوي منذ أكثر من ستين عاماً، غير أن صوتها الشعري ما زال حيّاً، نابضاً، قادراً على فتح مساحات رحبة للتأمل النفسي والفلسفي والاجتماعي. وقد سعيتُ إلى نقل قصائدها إلى العربية في قالب موزون ومقفى، محافظًا على روح الشعر وإيقاعه، ثم أتبعت كل قصيدة بشرحٍ يضيء فكرتها ويكشف أبعادها. وما حملني على ذلك ما آل إليه حال الشعر في عصرنا، حيث انحدر الذوق، وتصدّر المشهد من لا يملكن من الشعر سوى اسمه، ممن اصطلح على تسميتهن بـ«شاعرات الفيسبوك»، وكان لهن نصيب وافر في تشويه صورة الشعر وتنفير القارئ من الإقبال عليه. وقد بلغت صفحات الكتاب ٣١٠ صفحة، ضم حوالي ٥٠ قصيدة،
