هو المؤلف والقارئ والمؤذن آزاد بن فائق الكردي أو (ئازاد پێنجوێنی)، ولد في قرية الجويسة من قضاء البنجويني في سنة 1993م، هوصاحب كتاب (أحكام الأذان والإقامة على مذاهب الأربعة)، بلغة العربية والكردية، وترجم إلى لغات الفارسية والإنجليزية، والكردية البادينية)
والباحث والقارئ ومؤذن الدولي، خريج (كلية الشريعة بجامعة السليمانية) في كردستان العراق، وحصل (الماجستير في كلية الشريعة في بلد إيران في قسم الفقه العبادات)، ثم مرة أخرى حصل (الماجستير الثاني في جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز" في السعودية في كلية الشريعة، قسم الفقه وأصوله"، ورسالته على أسباب اختلاف الفقهاء في مسائل العبادات، متخصص في "فقه المقارن"، وحصل المركز الأول في مسابقة أجمل صوت في الأذان في جامعة الملك عبدالعزيز في السعودية، ومجاز بالإجازة العلمية في العلوم الشرعية، مؤلف لعدد من الكتب والكتيب، منها:
أحكام الأذان والإقامة بلغة العربية والكردية وترجمته إلى لغات الفارسية والإنجليزية والكردية البادينية، وترجمة (مكارم الأخلاق) بلغة الكردية لابن عثيمين رحمه الله باسم(ڕەوشتە بەرزەکان)، و(العقيقة)، و(40أسباب المفيدة للذين يريدون الأخلاق الحميدة) بلغة الكردية، و(کۆباسی فەتوای زانایان لەسەر بانگی تۆمارکراو) وغيرها...
