تم إعداد هذا الكتاب ليكون الجزء التدريبي المصاحب لكتاب الشرح (فك شيفرة أزمنة اللغة الإنجليزية)، حيث يهدف إلى تعزيز الجانب العملي لدى الدارسين من خلال تدريبات منظمة تركز على التطبيق فقط.
يعتمد هذا الكتاب على نظام الامتحانات المباشر، ويتضمن نوعين من التمارين:
١- اختيارات متعددة لقياس سرعة الفهم والدقة.
٢- تصحيح أخطاء شائعة لتقوية المهارات اللغوية وتصحيح الاستخدام.
تم تقسيم المحتوى وفق ترتيب تدريجي يبدأ من الأزمنة البسيطة، مرورًا بالمستمرة، ثم التامة، وأخيرًا التامة المستمرة، مع اختبارات مراجعة بعد كل جزء، وانتهاءً بامتحانات شاملة. كما تم تخصيص قسم للإجابات النموذجية لمساعدة المتعلم على التقييم الذاتي.
