• تلقى تعليمه العالي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية فحصل على شهادة الماجستير في الإدارة من جامعة منيسوتا عام 1966، ثم حصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في الإدارة العامة من الجامعة الأمريكية بواشنطن في مطلع عام 1970.
• تدرج في السلك الأكاديمي فحصل على درجة أستاذ عام 1979.
• عمل عميداً لكلية التجارة , وكلية العلوم الاجتماعية , وكلية الدراسات العليا، مستشار في عدة هيئات علمية, وعضو في هيئة تحرير المجلة العربية للإدارة, ومجلة العلوم الاجتماعية.
• له العديد من المؤلفات والدواوين الشعرية.

جورج برنارد شو ولد في 26 يوليو ، وهو مؤلف أيرلندي شهير من مواليد دبلن، انتقل إلى لندن حين أصبح في العشرينات أول نجاحاته كانت في النقد الموسيقي والأدبي، ولكنه انتقل إلى المسرح، وألّف مايزيد عن ستين مسرحية خلال سنين مهنته، وأعماله تحتوي على جرعة كوميديا، لكن تقريباً كلها تحمل رسائل اتهامات أمِل برنارد شو أن يحتضنها جمهوره وفكريا كان من اللادينيين المتسامحين مع الأديان،
