هدف البحث الحالي الى الكشف عن فعالية استخدام بيئات التعلم التشاركية الإلكتروني الغير متزامنة (المنتديات والبريد الإلكتروني) في تنمية مفاهيم ومهارات البحث عبر الإنترنت ومهارات التعاون لدى المعلمين ( تدريب اثناء الخدمة) وشملت العينة المعلمين من ادارة بنى مزار التعليمية ويبلغ عددهم (30) معلماً, وقد رُوعِي عند اختيار العينة التماثل في متوسط العمر والتخصص وشملت ادوات البحث اختبار تحصيلي, استبيان لمهارات التعاون, وتمثلت مادة المعالجة التجريبية في بيئة تعلم تشاركي قائمة على نظام إدارة التعلم e-frontلتنمية مفاهيم ومهارات البحث عبر الإنترنت , وكشفت النتائج عن فعالية اثر أدوات التعلم التشاركي الغير متزامن في التحصيل, وبحساب حجم التأثير باستخدام مربع إيتا اتضح أن ادوات التعلم التشاركي غير المتزامن حققت فاعلية كبيرة فيما يتعلق بزيادة نسبة التحصيل المعرفي لدى المعلمين ,وكذلك كشفت النتائج عن فعالية بيئة التعلم e-front في تنمية مهارات التعاون, وبحساب حجم التأثير باستخدام مربع إيتا اتضح أن بيئة التعلم التشاركي حققت فاعلية كبيرة فيما يتعلق بزيادة نسبة مهارات التعاون لدى المعلمين .
