جو نيسبو، روائي وصحفي وموسيقار وخبير اقتصادي ولد في 29 مارس عام 1960.
اشتهر جو نيسبو بكتابة الأدب البوليسي.
في مارس عام 2014، حققت كتب "جو نيسبو" مبيعات بلغت أكثر من 3 مليون نسخة في النرويج وحدها، كما بلغت كتبه المترجمة، والتي ترجمت إلى أكثر من 40 لغة، 23 مليون نسخة.
كتب جو نيسبو أيضًا تحت اسم مستعار هو: توم جوهانسون، وتحولت بعض رواياته إلى أفلام سينمائية ضخمة.
Book Description
كانت الشرطة بحاجة ماسة لهاري هول (بطل جونيسبو الشهير)؛ فهناك قاتل طليق في شوارع أوسلو يقتل رجال الشرطة الواحد تلو الآخر في مسارح الجرائم التي كانوا قد حققوا فيها وفشلوا في حلها. وكانت جرائم القتل وحشية، وردَّة فعل وسائل الإعلام هيستيرية.
لكن، هذه المرة لن يتمكن هاري من المساعدة. فمنذ سنوات كان هاري أساس كل تحقيق جنائي ضخم في أوسلو، حيث ساعد تفانيه في عمله وبصيرته النافذة في إنقاذ حياة الكثير من الناس، أمّا الآن وبعد أن واجه أحباؤه خطراً كبيراً، لم يعد هاري في موقف يمكّنه من حماية أحد.
وخاصة نفسه...
من أجواء الرواية نقرأ:
"... لا تزال تفوح من المسدس رائحة الرصاصات الثلاث الأخيرة التي أصابت رأس التحري في الشرطة السابق هاري هول وصدره خلال تحقيقه في جريمة قتل غاستو هانسن في مسرح الجريمة نفسه: بوابة هوسمنز 92.
لم تتمكن الشرطة حتى الآن من حل قضية هانسن، وتم إطلاق سراح الصبي ذي الثمانية عشر عاماً الذي تم اعتقاله في البداية، لأنهم لم يتمكنوا من إيجاد أي سلاح جريمة أو ربطه به. كان اسم الصبي أوليغ فوك، وكان يستيقظ كل ليلة، ويحدق إلى الظلام وهو يسمع صوت الطلقات... ليس الرصاصات التي قتلت غاستو، وإنما الرصاصات الأخرى... الرصاصات التي أطلقها الشرطي الذي كان أباً له حين كان يافعاً، وكان يحلم أن يتزوج أمه راكيل...
هاري هول. أغمض عينيه، وفكر في المسدس المخفي في الزاوية البعيدة من الخزانة، وتمنى أن لا يراه مجدداً... أن لا يراه أي كان مجدداً... أن يبقى نائماً هناك إلى الأبد
