إن العقد كأهم مصدر للالتزامات يحتل مساحة كبيرة في حياتنا، فكل يوم يتعاقد الفرد على شيء كبير أو بسيط، ولأن للرضا كأول أركان العقد أهمية بالغة؛ فمن الطبيعي تناوُله غير مرة لضمان حماية أفضل له.
غير أن من أصعب ما ينال الرضا من عيوب ليس التي درسناها فحسب؛ بل ما يكتنفه من عقبات سببها فكرة عدم التوازن المعرفي بين طرفي العقد من ناحية، وفرض سيطرة أحد طرفي العقد من ناحية أخرى؛ مما جعلني أتناول الرضا وحمايته في بعض العقود التي تحتاج لمزيد حماية لهذا الركن الركين.
