الكتاب يتضمن مجموعة من مقالات ورؤى أشبه ببحثية ،تتناول أوضاع الايزيديين كشعب معرض للإبادة والانقراض والتجاوز والالغاء وهضم الحقوق وحتى التكفير في العراق، منذ سقوط الطاغية صدام حسين ،وصولا مرورا ب تقسيم العراق إلى مكونات كبرى - (كرد سنة شيعة )- طاغية واخرى صغرى متنحية ،وصولا إلى الابادة الداعشية الفاتكة .
يوثق الكتاب لصور شتى من المظالم التي تعرضت لها تلك الفئة البشرية المسالمة، بسبب اختلافها الديني في العراق ،ويبرهن - من ثم - هذا الكتاب على الابادات الكثيرة المؤلمة التي يحدثنا التاريخ الدامي عنها .
وتجدر الإشارة أن الكتاب صدر عن دار "شعلة الإبداع للطباعة والنشر" ،و شارك في "معرض القاهرة الدولي للكتاب" لعام 2021 .
