ياسمينة خضراء (بالفرنسية: Yasmina Khadra) هو الاسم المستعار للكاتب الجزائري محمد مولسهول.
ولد بتاريخ 10 يناير/كانون الأول 1955 بالقنادسة في ولاية بشار الجزائرية.
كان والده ممرضاً ووالدته بدوية، وفي عمر التاسعة التحق خضراء بمدرسة عسكرية، وتخرج منها برتبة ملازم عام 1978 وانخرط في القوات المسلحة.
خلال فترة عمله في الجيش قام بإصدار روايات موقعة باسمه الحقيقي.
عام 2000 وبعد 36 عاماً من الخدمة يقرر ياسمينة خضراء اعتزال الحياة العسكرية والتفرغ للكتابة، وإستقر لاحقاً مع أسرته في فرنسا.
في العام التالي نشر روايته "الكاتب"التي أفصح فيها عن هويته الحقيقية وتليها "دجال الكلمات" كتاب يبرر فيه مسيرته المهنية.
وتبلغ شهرته حد العالمية حيث تترجم وتباع كتبه في 25 بلد حول العالم.
تتطرق أفكار ياسمينة خضراء إلى مواضيع تهز أفكار الغربيين عن العالم العربي، حيث ينتقد الحماقات البشرية وثقافة العنف، ويتحدث عن جمال وسحر وطنه الأم الجزائر، ولكن أيضاً عن الجنون الذي يكتسح كل مكان بفضل الخوف وبيع الضمائر متذرعاً بالدين ومخلفاً وراءه حماماتٍ من الدم.

نظام كاسترو يتقهقر، ودون فويغو لا يزال يغنّي في كباريهات هافانا. لطالما ألهب صوته الذهبيّ الجماهير وغذّى شعلة الأمل في القلوب. لكنّ كلّ شيء من حوله تغيّر. لقد آن الأوان لينحني سيّد الرومبا أمام تبدّلات الزمن... في عزلته الباردة، يلتقي دون فويغو صهباء ساحرة دافئة كاللّهب، ماينسي اليافعة، حبّ حياته. لكنّ الغموض الذي يحيط بتلك الفاتنة يهدّد عشقهما شبه المستحيل. الزمن... هذا ما يُغرق خضرا في تأمّله – نوستالجيا السنوات الضائعة، الشباب الهارب، الأيّام التي تمضي من غير عودة – وتعويذتنا لمواجهته: تلك البهجة حين نغنّي، حين نرقص، وحين نؤمن بسعادة ستأتي لا محال. «ليس لهافانا ربّ يحميها» هي رحلة كلّ الرحلات إلى بلاد التناقضات والمفارقات والأحلام والوعود. هي أنشودةٌ مهداة إلى كلّ مصيرٍ واعدٍ ولو عاندته الأقدار، وإلى كلّ حبٍّ خالد ولو عاش في الذكريات.
