ثمانية عشر عامًا لا أعلمُ متى السَّعادة ستقابلُني، وتحتويني بالأحضان والحنان الَّلذين فقدتهما منذُ ولادتي.
أضحى كُلُّ شيءٍ سيئًا الآن، حتى ذلك الرّجل الّذي كانَ يتحدثُ عن الأمل انتحر بسبب شدّة بؤسهِ، وتلك الفتاة الَّتي كانت تبتسمُ دومًا انتقلت إلى مصحةٍ نفسيةٍ بسببِ كآبتها.
