يُعِّدّ نظم المرشد المعين على الضروري من علوم الدين، لابن عاشر، من الكتب الأساسية في دراسة الفقة المالكي، وعليه شروح كثيرة، مختصرة ومطوّلة، منها هذا الشرح الذي بين أيدينا: "الحبل المتين"، للمُرّاكُشي، وهو مختصَرٌ مناسبٌ لبداية الطلب.
وبعد أن صرنا نعيش في فضاء مفتوح، أصبح طالب العلم الشرعي أمام تحديات أكبر من السابق، فقد فرضَتْ عليه حالة سيولة المعلومة أن يجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، وأن يوظّف المادة العلمية الأصيلة في مواجهة الشُّبَه الدخيلة.
لذا، رأيت أن أكتب حاشيةً على "الحبل المتين" سمّيتها "القول الأمين على الحبل المتين"، تُمكِّن الطالب من ربط الواقع بعلومنا الشرعية الأصيلة، والإجابة عن العديد من الأسئلة الواردة على الأقوال المشهورة في مذهبنا المالكي فيما يتعلق بالدليل.
ونظراً لطول الحاشية في بعض الأحيان، رأينا أن نطبع نسخةٌ مستقلةً من "الحبل المتين"؛ تسهيلاً للطلّاب، مع العناية بضبط النظم والشرح على نسخ مطبوعة ومخطوطة، يمكن الرجوع إلى تفصيلها في حاشية "القول الأمين". (المحقّق).
