بحث هذا الكتاب موضوعاً مهماً وخطيراً تحتاجه مئات ملايين المسلمات وهو الإفرازات المهبلية وأسماءها، وأنواعها، وكيفية تمييزها من حيث كميتها، ومكان خروجها، وكونها طبيعية أو مرضية، وأسباب نزولها، وأماكن نشوئها، ومكوناتها، وتمييزها عن غيرها من إفرازات الجهاز التناسلي عند المرأة كالهادي (السائل حول الجنين) والقَصَّة البيضاء، والمنى، والمذى، والودي، والغازات المهبلية. وبحث الكاتب في المبحث الثاني من الكتاب حكم طهارة الإفرزات المهبلية، وقد توصل بعد استقراء أدلة الفقهاء ومناقشتها إلى ترجيح طهارة الإفرازات المهبلية بجميع أنواعها الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية من أي مكان خرجت.
وختم مباحثه ببحث موضوع نقض الإفرازات المهبلية للوضوء ولم يجد لأكثر الفقهاء نصّاً في المسألة، فقام بتخريج حكم نقضها للوضوء على أصول المذاهب الأربعة ثم توصل بعد عرض الأدلة ومناقشتها إلى ترجيح كون الإفرازات المهبلية بنوعيها الطبيعية وغير الطبيعية الناشئة عن التهابات لا تنقض الوضوء مطلقاً من أي مكان خرجت من بين الشفرين أو من المهبل أو قناتي فالوب أو الرحم وعنقه.
