تُعَدُّ القصيدة النونية المسمّاة «جواهر العقائد» لناظمها العلّامة القاضي خضِر بَيك بن جلال الدين (ت 863 هـ)؛ من المنظومات الشهيرة في العقيدة الإسلامية التي أقبل الطلبة على حفظها وعُني العلماء بشرحها. ومن شروحها المبكِّرة هذا الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا «الرفد النضِر على عقائد الخضِر» للعالِم الجليل الحاج مُحمَّد عِصمت بن إبراهيم المشهور بحاجي چلبي (ت 1160 هـ). تميّز هذا الشرح الممزوج بوَجَازته وجزالته، ولذا اشتهر وانتشر، فكان سببًا في إشهار القصيدة في عصره، وحفز العلماء آنذاك للعناية بشرحها، فشرَحَها غير واحد، منهم محمد أمين الأُسكُداريّ (ت 1149هـ)، وعثمان العرياني (ت 1168هـ)، وداود القارصي (ت 1169هـ) وغيرهم من أهل العلم في القرن الثاني عشر الهجريّ وما بعده. ويسلِّط هذا الشرح ضوءًا على الآراء الماتريدية عند المتأخّرين، كما يُظهر بصمةً من الثقافة الكلامية في إستانبول العثمانية من بداية فتحها إلى عصر الشارح.
