قحطان محمد صالح عبد الرحمن الهيتي .ولدت في مدينة هيت في عام 1949من أبوين كرديين..دخلت الابتدائية في العام 1955 في مدرسة غازي الابتدائية التي اصبح اسمها بعد ثورة 14/تموز/1958 مدرسة النضال. تخرجت من الابتدائية ودرست في ثانوية هيت للبنين في العام الدراسي1960/1961.كنت ضمن اول وجبة طلابية في الفرع العلمي في العام الدراسي 1964/1965. تخرجت من الاعدادية وقبلت في كلية التجارة جامعة بغداد في العام الدراسي 1967/1968 وتخرجت منها في العام الدراسي 1971. درست في كلية المعارف الجامعة- قسم القانون- في العام الدراسي 1995/1996وتخرجت من الكلية في العام 2000 بدرجة ممتاز وكنت الأول على الكلية. درست في معهد التاريخ العربي والتراث العلمي – قسم التراث – للحصول على شهادة الماجستير ،وتخرجت منه بدرجة ممتاز في عام 2002وكنت الأول على المعهد. وكانت رسالتي (التدوين القانوني في الشرائع القديمة في وادي الرافدين ووادي النيل). وفي العام 2008 حصلت من المعهد نفسه على شهادة الدكتوراه في التراث العلمي العربي،وكان عنوان رسالتي (نظم الحكم والادارة في عصر المماليك في مصر). عملت مدرسا في قسم القانون في كلية المعارف الجامعة في الرمادي. عضو في:1-اتحاد الأدباء والكتاب في العراق 2- اتحاد المؤرخين العرب. 3- نقابة المحاسبين والمدققين. 4- نقابة المحامين العراقيين. 5- نقابة المعلمين. كتبت الشعر منذ العام 1965 ونظمته في كل اغراضه وساهمت في الكثير من المهرجانات والاحتفالات. نشرت الكثير من المقالات الأدبية والسياسية في المنتديات والمواقع على شبكة الانترنت.
