يعتبر هذا الديوان الشعري أول مؤلف للكاتب , حيث ألفه و هو لا يتجاوز 17 سنة , و قد حاول فيه نبيل أن يعكس نظرته للعالم و وجهات نظره في عديد القضايا التي تهم الشباب العربي من جهة و قضايا تهم الأمة العربية و العالم الثالث ككل من جهة أخرى كما تميز الديوان بلغة حادة تجاه الغرب و حلفاءه و مؤيديه مهاجما بذلك الممارسات التي يمارسها تجاه العالم الثالث مركزا بذلك على الحرب الحضارية و الإستعمار الحضاري الثقافي الغربي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية . و ما يميز الديوان أنه تناول في القصائد قضايا شائكة لكن بأسلوب سلس قلما تناوله هذا الجنس الأدبي خلال حقبتنا المعاصرة .
