منذ مدة طويلة، وأنا أرغب أنْ يتعرف القارئ الكريم على هذا الكتاب القيم، وأتحين الفرصة السانحة للكتابة عنه ولو بشيء من التفصيل، ولكن لم يتيسر ذلك إلا بعد أن وافقت دار العصماء على نشره، ورغبت الباحثة الدؤوبة أنْ أعرض الكتاب عرضاً مختصراً للقارئ الحصيف ولمن يرغب بالاستفادة منه رغبة منها. ولما فيه من الفائدة العلمية، ولمعرفتي بالكتاب ومؤلفته منذ مدة كون الكتاب في الأصل رسالة ماجستير كنت قد اقترحته عنواناً لكثير من طلبة العلم؛ ولكنَّهم تخوفوا في الخوض فيه، وذلك لسعته؛ ولكونه مختصاً بكتاب الله ولغة العرب، ولكنَّ الباحثة فاطمة بنت عبد الله العجيلي آثرت الخوض فيه وكنت مشفقاً عليها، ولكنَّها أثبتت أنَّها تركب المركب الصعب وتخوض غمار هذا البحر اللُّجيّ ونجحت وتفوقت ببركة القرآن وسعيها الدؤوب في تحصيل العلم واللغة العربية، وحرصها على تقديم رسالة علمية يفخر بها قسمها وكليتها وجامعتها.
