اننا نعيش في فترة زمنية فيها كثير من المواجهات، ودائمة التغيّر، ومن المفيد التحلّي بالشجاعة في تلك المواجهات، والبحث عن الجمال في الحياة، أو بالأدق، هو كيف يمكن أن نرى الجمال فينا وفيمن حولنا، والنظر إلى كل فرصة في أية أزمة، والعيش والاندماج مع الآخرين في سلام داخليّ وخارجيّ، وأيضًا التحول لمصدر من مصادر الطاقة الإيجابية وإلهام الآخرين، فبتحقيق أهدافنا، وعمل إنجازات شخصية، نكون مصدرًا لإلهام الآخرين، دون حتى إدراكنا لذلك. لذا، فكل شيء يبدأ من داخلنا، والأشياء التي تنبع من داخلنا، هي مصادر وينابيع تتفجر وتتدفق، من خلال سلوكك، وجودة الأخلاقيات التي تمثلها. إن الحكمة، والنمو الروحيّ، هي مهارات يمكن اكتسابها، فهناك طرق سليمة للتفكير، وهناك طرق سليمة للنمو الروحيّ وأدوات يمكن العمل بها. إن الأزمة القلبية هي السبب الأول في الموت في العالم، إنها قاتل. وإن حياتنا وصحتنا تتأثر كثيرًا بعمل القلب، لذا، يجب ضبطه. بين تلك الإشارات التي تصدرها أعضاء الجسم يرسل القلب أقوى إشارة في الجسم. إن القلب في أي قرار أو موقف يعطي القرار أو يفرز الشعور والذي يُسمى الحدس قبل المخّ بثانية ونصف.
