هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع الابتكار في سياسة توزيع المنتجات والخدمات المصرفية في المصارف التجارية الأجنبية العاملة في الجزائر بالتطبيق على أحد أبرز هذه المصارف وهو بنك الخليج الجزائر (AGB)، ولتحقيق الهدف السابق الذكر اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة بالرجوع إلى مختلف البيانات والمعلومات التي تم التحصل عليها من الموقع الإلكتروني والتقارير السنوية الصادرة عن المصرف المبحوث واستخدامها في التحليل للكشف عن الإستراتيجيات الابتكارية التوزيعية المطبقة في المصرف المبحوث، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة في الأخير الى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن المصرف المبحوث يطبق بشكل واضح مختلف الإستراتيجيات الابتكارية في توزيع مختلف منتجاته وخدماته المصرفية
