ديوان (رباعيات أنور العطار. علمتني الحياة) دوحة شعرية تتجلى باسقة الأغصان، ندية الأزهار، تمثلت في رباعيات شعرية بهية السبك، عميقة المعنى، اختزل فيها الشعر المبدع أنور العطار بأسلوبه الشائق الأخاذ الذي كان فيه نسيج وحده، أفكاره ومشاعره وفهمه وفلسفته للحياة، فأتت جميعها انعكاساً لتجاربه مع الحياة ومرآةً صادقة نقلت مخالطته للأحياء. لذا صدّر أغلب هذه الرباعيات بقوله: (علمتني الحياة) فضلاً على أن الديوان نفسه يحمل ذلك العنوان، ومن ثم كان الشعر لدى الشاعر خير معبرٍ عن تجاربه وناقلاً أميناً لمكنونات نفسه ظناً وحدساً، شكايةً وأنساً، سراً وعلناً..
