تناول هذا الكتاب " منهج التعليل بالحكمة" الأصل العام الذي تنطلق منه فكرة المقاصد والمصالح؛ وذلك سعياً لإكمال جانب من أهم الجوانب التي تنقص الدراسات المعاصرة في نطاق مقاصد الشريعة ورعاية المصالح. ويعد هذا المنهج أنموذجاً من طرائق "التفكير" التي تحكم العقل المسلم في تناول للقضايا المطروحة للنظر.ويبين هذا الكتاب حقيقة هذا النهج وأسسه ومجالاته وعلاقته بالأصول النقلية في التشريع الإسلامي، والقواعد الحاكمة لهذه العلاقة، ويعرض آراء العلماء فيها، ومن ثم، يقدم تحليلاً لهذه النظرية ويسبر أبعادها تقويماً ونقداً.كما يحدد محاور الخلاف الحقيقية ويعرض آراء العلماء فيها، ومن ذلك علاقة الحكمة بالرأي وبالأصول النقلية، ويبين آراءهم فيما يعتبر معارضة أو تخصيصاً أو إبطالاً للأصول النقلية. ويرسم الكتاب أبعاد المصطلحات التشريعية، وتحليل هذا التطور وبيان المناهج المتشكلة عند العلماء في كيفية التعامل مع هذا المصطلح، مبيناً الخطط التشريعية والقواعد التي تحكم هذا المنهج. رائد نصرى جميل أبو مؤنس:-من مواليد 1975م.-يعمل محاضرا فى كلية الشريعة فى الجامعة الأردنية.-حصل على الدكتوراه فى الفقه وأصوله من الجامعة الأردنية عام 2004م.-ماجستير فى الفقه وأصوله من الجامعة الأردنية.-عمل مدرسا فى مدارس الأردن الثانوية.-له عدة دراسات وأبحاث فى عدد من المجلات العلمية المحكمة.-شارك فى العديد من المؤتمرات وورشات العمل الدولية والمحلية.-حائز على العديد من شهادات التقدير والتفوق العلمى.-عضو فى عدد من الجمعيات والمعاهد العلمية.
