تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على القوى البشرية المسئولة عن ادارة المكتبات المدرسية بمحافظة شمال سيناء والتى تتكون من أخصائي ومشرفي المكتبات المدرسية وذلك بهدف التعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف فى الأداء المكتبى بمحافظة شمال سيناء، من خلال القاء الضوء على العاملين بالمكتبات المدرسية بشمال سيناء من ناحية مؤهلاتهم العلمية وخبراتهم فى مجال العمل والتعرف على واقع البرامج التدريبية التى تقدم لمسئولى تلك المكتبات ،الى جانب دراسة الاحتياجات التدريبية لهم من أجل تطوير أداء العمل بتلك المكتبات وفى النهاية تقدم الدراسة العديد من التوصيات من أجل رفع كفاءة العمل بالمكتبات المدرسية حتى تؤدى المهام المطلوبة منها بشكل أفضل.
