هذه هي الطبعة الثانية من كتاب أسباب استحقاق الربح دراسة, تطبيقية مقارنة بين أحكام الشركات في الفقه الإسلامي ,حيث يكثر الطلب والسؤال عنها لأهميتها حيث تعد هذه المسألة من أهم المسائل في الفقه المالي والتجاري , إذ يرجع إليها مشروعية العقد أو النشاط التجاري وبطلانه لأن استحقاق الربح تابع لوجود سببه وكذلك توزيعه مرتبط باستحقاقه ,كما أن أسباب استحقاق الربح تقوم على قاعدة مطردة في عقود الشركات, فالربح لا يُستحق بعد وجوده إلا بتوافر أحد أسباب استحقاقه أو كلها, أما إذا انعدمت كل الأسباب فلا يستحق الربح بحال من الأحوال.
