• تلقى تعليمه العالي في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية فحصل على شهادة الماجستير في الإدارة من جامعة منيسوتا عام 1966، ثم حصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في الإدارة العامة من الجامعة الأمريكية بواشنطن في مطلع عام 1970.
• تدرج في السلك الأكاديمي فحصل على درجة أستاذ عام 1979.
• عمل عميداً لكلية التجارة , وكلية العلوم الاجتماعية , وكلية الدراسات العليا، مستشار في عدة هيئات علمية, وعضو في هيئة تحرير المجلة العربية للإدارة, ومجلة العلوم الاجتماعية.
• له العديد من المؤلفات والدواوين الشعرية.

عند انفراط عقد الاتحاد السوفيتي كان عدد المسلمين السوفييت نحو 50 مليون نسمة من أصل زهاء 293 مليون نسمة هم إجمالي عدد سكان الاتحاد السوفيتى وكان الاسلام رسمياً الديانة الثانية في البلاد بعد المسيحية الأرثوذوكسية ونحن على طريق فضح المذابح التى ارتكبت ضد المسلمين كما فعلنا فى قضية بورما سنتابع معاً مذابح المسلمين ومعاناتهم منذ دخول الاسلام روسيا إلى اليوم .
