لَمّا كانت الرخصة أحد أقسام الحكم الشرعي الذي بمعرفته والوقوف عليه يستطيع العبد أن يسير على الدرب الذي يوصل إلى سعادته في الدنيا والفوز والنجاة في الآخرة.والرخصة حكم شرعي أرى اليوم نفراً غير قليل من المسلمين - وقد يكون فيهم بعض أهل العلم - لا يأخذون بها، كما هو الحال عندما نرى بعض الشافعية المعاصرين لا يَجمعون بسبب المطر، أو نرى بعضاً آخر يفضل إتمام الصلاة الرباعية في السفر على قَصرها، أو نرى من يَقصر مع اختلاف في تحديد مسافة القصر أو مدة السفر، وغير ذلك مما يجعل الرجل منا يتوقف ويراجع حساباته؛ ليحاول أن يجمع شتات هذا الحكم الشرعي عند الأصوليين، ثم ننتقل إلى بيان أثر الرخصة في الفقه الإسلامي، أي: التطبيقات العملية للرخصة الشرعية..
