تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الخصائص التعليمية للحائزين، والقوى العاملة الدائمة في الحيازات الزراعية بالمملكة العربية السعودية دراسة في التنمية الإقليمية، كما تحاول تفسير ارتباط متغيرات الخصائص التعليمية للحائزين والقوى العاملة الدائمة بعضها ببعض، وكشف تباينها المكاني، باستخدام أسلوب التحليل العاملي حيث تم إدخال ) 28 ( متغيراً للخصائص التعليمية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن هناك خصائص برزت في العامل الأول وكانت لها علاقة قوية بنسبة تشبع ) 95 %(، والعامل الثاني %63 (، والعامل الثالث ) 56 %(، والعامل الرابع ) 40 %(، كما جاءت الخصائص ( التعليمية متباينة بين مناطق المملكة ضمن العوامل الأربعة المحددة،
