رواية أيام مع أشرقت تأليف محمد حسن غانم، رواية خفيفة تحمل طابع اجتماعي إنساني بين أحداثها وشخصياتها، عصر أحد الأيام كنت أنا وأشرقت نسير بالقرب من سور مترو الإنفاق وكانت تسير أمامنا سيدة ثرية . ترتدي فرو وتمسك سلسلة تلمع في أضواء الشمس الغاربة تنتهي بكلب صغير.. أبيض .. وعفي .. وينظر إلى الجميع باستعلاء وكأنه قادما للتو من بلاد رعاة البقر أو الإمبراطورية العثمانية .. انبهرت أشرقت وقالت : أنا عاوزة كلب زيه يا بابا .. قلت لها : الكلاب كتير يا أشرقت .. ردت بعناد عفوي ومحبب إلى النفس: - لكن أنا عايزة الكلب دة - مش بتاعنا - وأية يعني - أية يعني إزاي صاحبته ماساكاه - ممكن تقولها يا بابا شوية قل لها أشرقت حبيبتي عايزة تلعب بيه شوية - ما ينفعش - لا ينفع - ما ينفعش - لا ينفع - خلاص ينفع عندك الست أهي روحي قولي لها سرت أشرقت في صمت .. شعرت بالإحباط والصد .. غامت نظراتي إلى بعيد .. بدأ الظلام يغرس منديله على المدينة ذات الرائحة الفاسدة.
