ثمّ ظهرت قصيدة الهايكو كعلامة على هذا التحوُّل بفعل انفتاح الشاعر العربيّ على التجربة الشعرية اليابانية، غير أنّ هذا المجد النّثري/ الهايكوي، لم يكن بمنأى عن تأثيرات العولمة والمدّ الرقمي المخلخل للقيم والمحمولات الإبداعية، فلم يعد الشّعرُ علامة مقيّدة، وإنّما بسطَ نفوذه الرّقمي مبشّرا بالقصيدة الرقميّة الجديدة بكلّ أشكالها، بعيدا عن التقسيمات المدرسية وقريبا ممّا تتيحه تقنيات الصورة وفضاءات التواصل الاجتماعي من حرية). ويرى المؤلف أنّ هذا الخطاب الشّعري الذي ما يزال جديدا على المتلقّي العربي، يتوجّه، شيئا فشيئا نحو الانتشار بفعل (المارد الرقمي) وقدرته اللامحدودة على الاستقطاب الجماهيري، خصوصا مع العشرية الثانية وبداية العشرية الثالثة من الألفية الجديدة. يُذكر أنّ بشير ضيف الله أكاديميٌّ وشاعر وكاتب، يعمل أستاذا للُّغة والأدب العربي، وهو عضو في المجلس الوطني لجمعية الجاحظية الوطنية، وعضو عامل سابق في اتحاد الكتاب الجزائريين. نال عددا من الجوائز، من بينها جائزة (كتارا) في فئة الدراسات والبحوث (2017).
