ان الفتنة قائمة في العناوين الرئيسية لهذه الكتب. فقاعة الانتظار، والمشكلات ليست سوى تجل لبعض مظاهر الفتنة. كنت أفكر في جعل العنوان الفرعي لهذا الكتاب: “دفاعا عن الحق في السياسة”. لكني ارتأيت أن التفكير في ما جرى منذ عشر سنوات، وطرح الأسئلة حوله يتضمن بشكل أو بآخر ضرورة إعطاء الشعب الكلمة ليكون له دور في الحياة العامة. أليس من أجل هذا كانت الحوادث التي عرفت باسم الربيع العربي. جاء الربيع العربي ليضع عقودا من السلطة والتهميش موضع المساءلة. وكان ما كان مما يجعل الفتنة قائمة إلى يوم الناس هذا. تباينت المواقف الثقافية والسياسية من هذا الحدث. وظهرت آثار الحدث في الواقع العربي المعاصر، وبرز الواقع الحقيقي الذي أدى إلى الوضع المتردي الذي نعيش فيه. إن التهميش الذي تولد مع الأنظمة السائدة لم يؤد إلا إلى الفراغ، وجعل أي إمكانية للنهوض مستحيلة. فالأحزاب عاجزة، والبدائل منعدمة، والشعوب تعاني
