One selection cycle was carried out to select bulbs of onion (Allium cepa L.) cv. Giza White with high total soluble solids% (H-TSS-P1), low TSS% (L-TSS-P1) and bulbs with single growing center (S-C-P1) to improve their internal bulb quality. Progenies of the three selected populations were evaluated along with Giza White original population (O-P0) in RCBD design with three replicates.
