أعده أخونا الفاضل الفقيه فضيلة الدكتور عبد الحكيم الفيتوري حول حديث مكحول (لا ربا بين مسلم وكافر) وقد احسن وأجاد في بحثه لهذا المرسل.كما حرر فيه مذهب الأحناف وغيرهم ممن اعتمد على هذا الحديث في تصحيح جملة من المعاملات الفاسدة في ديار غير المسلمين. وقد اوضح ما غمض في هذه المسألة وأزال الالتباس في أمر التبس على كثير من الناس، حيث بين مرتبة هذا الحديث المرسل وحجية المراسيل ومكانة مكحول.كما نبه على ان الزيادة التى يشترطها بعض الأحناف للمسلم معناها المنفعة والفائدة ولا يشترط ان تكون زيادة في المبلغ المتعلق بالعقدوهذا فهم صحيح، يزكيهما ذكره محمد بن الحسن في (السير الكبير).
