يتناول البحث جدارات البحث العلمي الإعلامي، من حيث المواصفات العامة المتحققة للخريج والمهارات المكتسبة من وجهة نظر الخريج في مرحلة الماجستير في الإعلام بمصر، ووجهة نظر الخبراء الإعلاميين المصريين في إطار عمليات إدارة المعرفة المطلوب تحقيقها. استخدم البحث أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة المركزة، وطبق خلال العام الدراسي 2018 على عينة من (86) من خريجي ماجستير إعلام المصريين، بلغ عدد الخبراء (17) خبيرًا.بينت نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين (الذكور والإناث) في جدارات البحث العلمي، وعدم وجود تباين دال إحصائيًّا في التخصصات الثلاثة (العلاقات العامة والصحافة والإذاعة والتليفزيون) في جدارات البحث العلمي. بينما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا في جدارات البحث العلمي، ترجع لقطاع التعليم (خاص وحكومي)، لصالح القطاع الخاص في اكتساب الجدارات المهنية فقط، ولصالح التعليم الحكومي في اكتساب باقي الجدارات والجدارات ككل.
