يقول ابن الجوزي في كتاب المدهش "إذا صب في الإناء زيت, ثم صب فوق الزيت ماء، فإن الزيت يطفو فوق الماء. فيقول الماء للزيت : "كيف ترتفع علي و أنا أنبت شجرتك؟" فيقول الزيت للماء: "أنت تجرى في رضراض الأنهار على طلب السلامة, أما أنا فإني صبرت على الطحن والعصر، وبالصبر يرتفع القدر". هل رأيت ما نتيجة الصبر؟ لقد جعل الزيت يصعد فوق أصله, يعلو و يرتفع فوق سببه و منبعه. اصبر و بالصبر يرتفع القدر ستقول: " أنا صابر طول عمري!!!! " وأسألك: " على ماذا صبرت؟" الزيت يقول: صبرت على الطحن و العصر. هل طُحنت؟ هل عُصِرت؟ أين الطحن والعصر؟ أعيد مرة أخرى؛ في البداية يقول الماء للزيت : "كيف ترتفع علي وأنا أنبت شجرتك؟" أين الأدب؟! فيقول الزيت للماء: أنت تجري في رضراض الأنهار" أنت تسير في الطين, إذا قابلت حجرا التففت حوله, و لم تقدر أن تمر فوقه, " أنت تجري في رضراض الأنهار على طلب السلامة" لا تسبب المشاكل. "أما أنا فإني صبرت على الطحن" طـُحِنت, " والعصر" عُصِرت," و بالصبر يرتفع القدر، فيقول الماء للزيت: وإن..؛ فإنني أنا الأصل.!, فيقول الزيت للماء: استر عيبك... استر عيبك... إنك إذا قارنت المصباح انطفأ بخلافي أنا".............هل رأيت كيف أن الصبر نور؟
