تناولت الدراسة المعلم الداعية و صفاته و كيفية إختياره و شروطه و إعداده , و أهمية و كيفية إعداد المعلم فى السودان , و الدعوة و موضوعها و نشرها و تطورها , ومناهج الدعوة و وسائلها و طرق تدريسها , و هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد المعلم المعاصر و بنائة ليكون صالحا فى نفسه و مصلحا لغيره من خلال إعداده التربوى و الدعوى , وتوضيح دور الداعية المعلم فى نيابة الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم لتبليغ الأمانة , و اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى التحليلى الإحصائى , واستخدمت الإستبانة والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات , و توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إلمام المعلم الداعية بالمذاهب الفقهية , مع الربط بين دروس الدين و الحياة حسب المناسبات , و أن يتضمن إعداد المعلم الداعية علم النفس التربوى , و أن الدروس النموذجية من أهم طرق الإعداد , و أوصت الدراسة بتأهيل معلم التربية الإسلامية لمراحل التعليم العام , أن يتم إختياره بناء على تقرير من الجامعة التى يتخرج منها عن سلوكه و أخلاقه , و أن تكون المدارس القرآنية الدعوية بديلا للمعاهد العلمية الدينية....
