هذا الكتاب يتحدث عن احدث الاسس العلمية للتركيبات الكهربائية حيث إن حجم الضرر الذى يلحق بالإنسان المتعرض للصدمة الكهربية يتحدد من ثلاثة عناصر وهم : مسار التيار فى جسم الإنسان ـ المدة الزمنية التى يمر فيها التيار فى جسم الإنسان ـ شدة التيار المار فى جسم الإنسان ـ ويمكن تمثيل جسم الإنسان بالموصل المعزول فالبشرة الخارجية لجسم الإنسان تمثل عزل الموصل ، فهى تمنع انتقال الجهود الخارجية لداخل جسم الإنسان ، أما داخل جسم الإنسان فهو يشبه القلب النحاسى ، إذا أن المقاومة الداخلية لجسم الإنسان صغيرة ، لاحتواء جسم الإنسان على ماء مملح ، وبمجرد أن يقوم الجهد الكهربى بكسر عازلية بشرة الإنسان الخارجية يمر التيار الكهربى فى جسم الإنسان ، وتكون مقاومة جسم الإنسان فى هذة الحالة أقل مايمكن ويصبح جسم الإنسان كموصل جيد للتيار الكهربى...
