عبد الله أحمد بشير مراد، مواليد دمشق عام 1990م، يحضر للدكتوراه، وباحث في مجال الحركات الإسلامية في الشرق الأوسط. حاصل على درجة الماجستير في جامعة مرمرة التركية (Marmara üniversitesi) وهي عن دراسة التدين في دمشق. ليسانس علوم إسلامية من جامعة السلطان محمد الفاتح الوقفية (Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf Üniversitesi).
درس الشريعة والقانون في جامعة أم درمان. يحمل دبلوم تقاني بالأجهزة الطبية من جامعة دمشق.
Book Description
يتمحور الكتاب حول: دراسة (الطريقة الشاذلية) فرع (الدرقاوية) لشيخها (الشيخ محمد الهاشمي التِلمساني)، والتي دخلت دمشق عن طريق الهجرة الجزائرية مطلع القرن الماضي، وانتشرت في أغلب أحيائها، وتميزت بإقامة (الحضرة) في محيط (أسوار) مدينة دمشق.
وتظهر أهمية البحث: من خلال أنه دراسة وصفية تحليلية للطريقة الشاذلية الدرقاوية الهاشمية وَفق المنهج الوصفي، مع استعمال المنهج التحليلي في البحث فيما يتعلق بالسرد التاريخي المجرد.
يربط الكتاب بين الحركة الدعوية للطريقة وتأثيرها المجتمعي، خاصةً في فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر وسوريا، ودورها في توجيه الرأي العام وتوعيته، إذ إن التدين الدمشقي خاض تحدياتٍ صعبة مرتبطة بالتبدلات السياسية للبلاد، منذ انهيارِ الخلافة العثمانية، ودخول الجيش المحتل البريطاني ومن بعده الفرنسي، حتى يومنا الحالي.
