غمام يخفي القمر فالأرض بلا أضواء. ومن أين يأتي الغمام وكيف يحجب القمر في ليلة من ليالي أغسطس الحارة؟ أنه لأمر جلل.
حالة من الفزع تنتاب بني الإنسان وكلًا على دينه يتضرع إلي الرحمن فما يحدث اليوم في الأرض لم يحدث من قبل؛ فهنا ائمة الإسلام يقيمون صلاتهم ويجتهدون بالدعاء وهناك في المجمع البابوي لرجال الدين المسيحي يقيمون صلاتهم ويدعون الله فالكل فزع الحيوانات توارت عن الأنظار والوحوش الضارية تنظر للسماء. الكل يظن أنها بداية النهاية.
وفي العالم الأخر يتراصون في حالة من غير التي عرفت عنهم فهم في تأمل وترقب ويرسلون منهم من يصعد للسماء ليتبين حقيقة الأمر. إن الغربان تحول بين القمر والأرض هكذا جاءهم رسولهم بخبر الغمام. ينقسموا لفريقان منهم من فرح بالبشارة ومنهم من حزن فما يحدث اليوم نذير تشاؤم فالصراع منذ اليوم أصبح محتدم والثقلين سيتنازعان
