هذا الكتاب هو الجزء الرابع من الموسوعة الفقهية العراقية المعاصرة التي اعمل عليها يتناول الكتاب يستهل الكتاب بالحديث عن حقائق طبية لابد منها حتى يستنى للقارئ فهم المواضيع اللاحقة ثم يبين الكتاب السبق القراني في الحديث عن بعض الحقائق العلمية ويتكلم الكتاب عن نوع محدد من القضايا الطبية المعاصرة وهي ما اشتملت على تدخل في الصفات الوراثية للانسان ويسلط الكتاب الضوء على القضايا من الناحية الطبية بصورة مفصلة ودقيقة اولا ثم يشرع بعد ذلك ببيان حكمها الشرعي وقد تناول الكتاب الاستنساخ البشري بنوعيه طريقة التعجة دولي وطريقة فصل البيضة المخصبة و التلقيح الاصطناعي وطرق تحديد جنس الجنين والتحول الجنسي والتدخل الجيني والخريطة الجينية
