حديث نبوي شريف من جوامع كلمه ،في هذا الحديث الدلالة علي الترغيب في التحلي بمكارم الأخلاق ومحاسن الآداب ، وجملة من الأخلاق والقيم الإسلامية:
كالاعتراف بالفضل لأهل الفضل و الاعتراف بالجميل ، والعمل على رد الجميل، وهو خُلق إسلامي أصيل ، وغير ذلك من المعروف من إغاثة الملهوف ومساعدة المحتاج ، قال بعضهم: أفضل المعروف إغاثة الملهوف ، ومن هذه العبادات حب الخير للآخرين ، وفضيلة الدعاء للغير، والتعاون علي البر والتقوي ، وكل هذا من المعروف والخير، وفي الحديث بيان وجوب إفراد الله بالعبادة من الاستعاذة وسؤال الله وحده
