كتاب-التبيان
في أنَّ الإيمان بالسنَّة إيمانٌ بالقرآن
الحمدُ لله ربِّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على مَن أرسله اللهُ رحمةً للعالمين، وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانه إلى يوم الدِّين، أمَّا بعد:
فإنَّ الله تعالى امتنَّ على هذه الأمَّةِ بالبعثة المحمَّدية التي تُعَدُّ مِنْ أعظمِ النِّعَمِ وأجَلِّها، قال تعالى: ﴿لَقَدۡ مَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ إِذۡ بَعَثَ فِيهِمۡ رَسُولٗا مِّنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡ يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمۡ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٍ ١٦٤﴾ [آل عمران]؛ فجَعَل اللهُ تعالى لنبيِّه الأمِّيِّ الأمين آيةً علميةً وحجَّةً خالدةً، وهي القرآنُ الكريم : آخِرُ الكُتُبِ وخاتمُها، وأعظمُها وأكملها وأشملُها؛ فأَنْزَلَهُ اللهُ تعالى على أكملِ صورةٍ مِنْ صُوَرِ الوحي، وضمَّن فيه محاسنَ ما قبله مِنَ الكُتُبِ المُنْزَلة، وزاده مِنَ الكمالات ما ليس في غيره؛ فجَمَع فيه الحِكَمَ والأحكامَ، والعلومَ والمعارفَ التي لا تنقضي عجائبُها ولا تنتهي فوائدُها، ووضَّح النبيُّ صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم الحلالَ والحرام، وأصَّل الأصولَ وفصَّلها، حتَّى استتمَّ هذا الدِّينُ واستقام، وقد وجَّه العلماءُ عنايتَهم الفائقةَ بالسنَّة المطهَّرة، وأظهروا منزلتَها في التشريع، ومرتبتَها مِنَ القرآن الكريم، ومِنْ منطلَقات النصوصِ الشرعيةِ المتضافِرة بيَّنوا بيانًا شافيًا أنَّ مِنْ مقتضَيَاتِ الإيمانِ بكتاب الله: الإيمانَ بأنَّ كُلَّ ما ثَبَتَ عن النبيِّ صلَّى الله عليه وسلَّم فهو حقٌّ مِنْ عندِ الله، وبيانٌ لكتابِ الله، وأنَّ الأخذَ به أخذٌ بالقرآن، وأنَّ التركَ له تركٌ للقرآن.
ولا يخفى أنَّ السنَّة المُطهَّرةَ وحيٌ، وهي مصدرٌ تشريعيٌّ مُسْتقِلٌّ، وحجَّةٌ كاملةٌ في ثبوت الأحكام؛ لقوله تعالى: ﴿وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ ٣ إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحۡيٞ يُوحَىٰ ٤﴾ [النجم]، وقولِه تعالى: ﴿وَمَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمُ ٱلرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَىٰكُمۡ عَنۡهُ فَٱنتَهُواْۚ﴾ [الحشر: ٧].
