فهذه مجموعة من الأجوبة التي قدمها فضيلة الشيخ: أبي عبد المعزّ محمّد علي فركوس -حفظه الله تعالى- الخاصة بأحكام العادات والتقاليد المستحكمة في الأعراس والأفراح الجزائرية التي جاءت إثر أسئلة وجهها إخوة من بلدية «دواودة» ولاية «تيبازة» وقد عملت على استفراغها من أحد أشرطة الشيخ أبي عبد المعز، وكتبت مضمونه بالنظر للفائدة المقترنة به، وحاولت أن لا أغير شيئا منه إلاّ ما كان لازما، فاستبقيت تسلسل الأسئلة، ورأيت من المفيد -إتماما للفائدة- أن أضم إلى هذه الرسالة أجوبة عن أسئلة أخرى متنوعة لشيخنا لها علاقة قريبة أو بعيدة بعموم هذا الموضوع حيث وجدتها مبثوثة على موقعه في الانترنت .
هذا، وقد راجعت شيخنا في عموم ما عملت وأجازني عليه، وأرجو الله تعالى أن أكون قد وفقت في عملي هذا، وهو ولي التوفيق، كما أسأله تعالى أن يجعله خالصا لوجهه الكريم، وأن ينفع به النفع العميم، إنّه سميع مجيب، وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليما.
