لا تخلو مجموعة الكاتب نزار يوسف القصصية من شيء من البلاغة و الظرافة و النكتة و حتى الألم و الحزن أحياناً ، مزجها الكاتب بطريقة تدخل مباشرة إلى قلب القارئ ، لكن كلها في النهاية تتسم بالحكم و العِبَر التي أرادها الكاتب أن تصل للقارئ كموعظة حسنة مفيدة . و القصص هي ( كبير الصقور – العنبر - حزب التمرة و الجمرة - المسيح المهموم – المسرح - ماء .. ماء – المنبر – الخروف – المكتبة - هنا الحقيقة ) .
