يتيح شاهر خضرة للّغة العربيّة الدّارجة، وهي غيرُ اللهجاتِ العاميّة الدّارجة في مختلفِ البلدان العربيّة، القيامَ بمهمّةٍ عالية تتمثّلُ في قَوْلِ الحياة بلسان الشّعر - مشكِلاتٍ وتساؤلاتٍ ورؤى، وجوداً ومَصيراً، ويتيح للشعر أن ينتعشَ بنداوة هذه اللغة وعفويّتها دون مساس بعمقها وعافيتها.
إنّها مُهمّةٌ لم تأُلَفها هذه اللغة الدارجة في العالم العربيّ، إلاّ قليلاً، وهو إذاً يؤسِّسُ لقَوْلٍ شعريٍّ يفترض في أولئك الذي ينفرون من الشّعر، بحجّةِ الفصاحة البعيدة عن الحياة اليوميّة، أن يفيئوا إليه في ظلّ هذه الدّارِجة التي تحتفظ بعفويّة التعبير.
خصوصاً أنّها ليست لغةً - لهجةً عامّيّة، وإنّما هي دارِجةٌ - فُصحى (على المستوى المُعجَميّ)، دون تحريكِ للكلمة، تعتمد الإقتصاد والمباشرة، ويتلقّاها كلّ عربيٍّ على إختلاف البلدان واللهجات.
سُعِدتُ بقراءة شاهر خضرة، وذهبَتْ بي رؤاه وتساؤلاتُه العميقة بعيداً.
