صديقان هو عنوان هذا الكتاب وهو الأول من "سلسلة صديقان" وهو يروي الأطفال الصغار بين سن الرابعة والسادسة تفاصيل يوم طويل قضاه مل من رنا ونديم على شاطئ البحر حيث الأمواج العالية والرمال الساخنة والسلاطعين الجميلة اللون التي تسلسل بين الحين والآخر من الماء إلى الشاطئ لتختبئ في باطن الرمال الملتهبة هرباً من أشعة الشمس.
أبطال القصص الثماني في السلسلة أطفال يمرون بتجارب وظروف كتلك التي يمر بها أطفال هذه المرحلة العمرية بشكل أو بآخر، وتعالج أحداثاً ومفاهيماً وقيماً تهمهم وتشغل بالهم، كتبت نصوص القصص بطريقة أدبية مشوقة يستمتع الأطفال بقراءتها، فتسهم في نموهم اللغوي والفكري وتزيد من رغبتهم في القراءة.
