تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع شركة الأعمال وأحكامها، نظراً لأهميته البالغة في دعم حركة النشاط الإقتصادي، خاصة في ظل الواقع المعاصر الذي ارتفعت فيه تكاليف، ونفقات الأدوات والأجهزة المستخدمة في الأعمال المهنية، الأمر الذي يتطلب إيجاد تجمعات إقتصادية تقوم على أسس ومعايير، وضوابط شرعية تناسب الواقع الإقتصادي المعاصر، فكانت شركة الأعمال أحد الحلول التي تسهم في توفير الإمكانات المادية، وتسهل ممارسة النشاط الإقتصادي في مجال المهن، والعمل الحرفي.
وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة جامعة لحيثيات الموضوع من أجل إستيفاء جميع الجوانب المتعلقة به إن شاء الله تعالى، ذلك من حيث الجانب الشرعي، والجانب القانوني، والجانب التطبيقي المعاصر.
واشتملت هذه الدراسة على تمهيد وخمسة فصول، حيث تناول التمهيد، التعريف بالشركة بشكل عام من حيث المفهوم، وتقسيماتها في الفقه الإسلامي، والقانون الوضعي.
أما الفصل الأول، فتناول مفهم شركة الأعمال، ومشروعيتها، وصفة عقدها، والتقسيمات الواردة في شأنها.
أما الفصل الثاني، فتناول أركان شركة الأعمال، وشرائط الصحة الخاصة بكل ركن، وتناول الفصل الثالث أحكام شركة الأعمال، أما الفصل الرابع، فتناول أسباب إنتهاء شركة الأعمال، أما الفصل الخامس، فتناول التطبيق المعاصر لشركة الأعمال، وهو الشركات المدنية المهنية، وبحثها في القانون، ومقارنة ذلك بأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.
