نحن نعيش في عالم هولوغرافي تكون فيه الحدود الفاصلة بين الحاضر والماضي مهلهلة جداً لدرجة تجعله ممكناً، وفق ظروف مناسبة، السير إلى الوراء أو الأمام في الزمن بنفس السهولة التي تسير فيها عبر حديقة.
في الوقت الحاضر لا زال الأمر غامضاً بالنسبة لنا، لكن هذا الغموض سيزول تماماً بعد التعرف على حقيقة أن عقولنا وحتى أجسامنا هي أقل إرتباطاً بقيود الزمن مما تصورناه سابقاً، لا زلنا أطفال صغار عندما يتعلّق الأمر بإستيعاب الطبيعة الحقيقية للزمن.
وكما الأطفال المشرئبّين على أعتاب سنّ البلوغ، وجب علينا وضع مخاوفنا جانباً ونتوصّل إلى إتفاق مع ما هو عليه العالم واقعياً.
في كون هولوغرافي متعدد الأبعاد، والذي تكون فيه الأشياء مجرّد ومضات شبحية من الطاقة، ليس نظرتنا للزمن وجب تغييرها فحسب، بل عامل المكان أيضاً، والذي وجب النظر إليه بصفته نتاج نمط الإدراك لدينا.
هذه الفكرة الأخيرة هي أصعب إستيعاباً بالمقارنة مع فكرة الزمن لكن الحقيقة هي أننا مبرمجون جداً لكي نفكّر بمفاهيم تتعلق بـ "المكان" على أنه مُطلق وأنه يصعُب علينا حتى تصوّر كيف سيكون الأمر عندما نكون في عالم ينعدم فيه عامل "المكان".
لكن مهما كان الأمر، هناك الكثير من الدلائل التي تشير إلى أننا غير مقيّدين بالمكان بنفس الطريقة التي لا تتقيّد فيها بالزمان، الدخول إلى الواقع الهولوغرافي، عالم النور، سيصبح ممكناً عملياً فقط عندما يتحرّر وعي الفرد من إعتماده على الجسم المادي، طالما بقي الفرد مقيّداً بالجسد وعناصره الحسيّة، لا يتجلّى الواقع الهولوغرافي سوى بهيئة فكرية.
مجرّد أن تحرّر الفرد من جسده سوف يختبر هذا الواقع مباشرة، لهذا السبب يتكلم الصوفيون عن رؤياهم بهذه الدرجة من اليقين والإقتناع، بينما الذين لم يختبروا هذا الواقع بنفسهم يبقون في حالة تشكيك أو عدم إكتراث.
