حيث تقتفي المؤلفة حياة الانبياء والأولياء الصالحين وأهل بيت النبوة عليهم السلام، وتفسر معاني جديرة بالإنتباه والقراءة والتطبيق مثل: ما المقصود ببنيان الله؟... تقول المؤلفة "المراد ببنيان الله هنا هو النفس البشرية؛ لان الله - تبارك وتعالى - هو الذي برأها وأنشأها، وهو الذي سوَّاها وزكاها..." وتبرهن على هذا الكلام بقوله تعالى: ﴿﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنْسَانُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِ (6) الَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّاكَ فَعَدَلَكَ (7) فِي أَيِّ صُورَةٍ مَا شَاءَ رَكَّبَكَ (8)﴾ [سورة الانفطار]... ثم تقوم بشرح الآية وإستخلاص معناها في حياة الإنسان المسلم.
الكتاب في مضمونه يحتوي الكثير من الآداب والقيم الإسلامية الحميدة مثل العدل والحق والإعتدال ونبذ التعصب والتطرف والتشدد، وصفات المؤمن الحق، وقصص من القرآن الكريم وأحاديث بمعرفتها يتقرب المؤمن إلى الله تعالى وموضوعات أخرى مثل الوصايا العشر في ألواح موسى عليه السلام، والمغفور لهم حسب ترتيب القرآن الكريم، ومنزلة عيسى النبي عند الله، وحكاية عن خليل الله إبراهيم عليهم السلام، ومفهوم الحرية في الإسلام، وعرش بلقيس، وسر مومياء فرعون، وكيفية الإفادة من علوم الجفر... وموضوعات أخرى ذات صلة.
