أهم الأسئلة التي يطرحها المراهق في أول حياته الانتقالية الجدية: من أنا؟ وهذا السؤال يتوقف عنده العديد والعديد من أطباء النفس إذ ترتكز عليه شخصية المراهق وهويته التي تكون قد بدأت بالتبلور والتحول نحو عالم جديد، جديد لكنه متعب وفيه الكثير من التناقضات.
أفكار مشوشة تخرج بالمراهق من الدائرة الخاصة التي يتحرك فيها نحو العالم، وتسكنه في متاهة مليئة بالألغاز والأسئلة المحيرة: من أنا، ماذا سأفعل وقد أصبحت على قاب قوسين من سن الرشد والكثير من الأسئلة التي تتعلق خاصة بمستقبله وأكثر هذه التساؤلات تحدث في أوقات فراغ المراهقين التي تسبب أحياناً القلق والاضطرابات النفسي والجسدي وذلك حسب بيئة المراهق ومجتمعه الذي يحيط به وأحياناً حسب الظروف ما إذا كانت تناسب شخصية هذا المراهق الذي يغرق في عالمه الخاص الذي كونه لنفسه نموه الجسدي والعقلي.
